Also included in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a key detailing various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
